It all began on land our family has worked for generations. The Erarslan farms' pomegranate orchards have been shipping fresh fruit from Türkiye to the world for years. Nobody knows the pomegranate like we do — because we plant it, grow it and pick it ourselves.
"Can this taste fit in a bottle?"
The fresh-pressed juice we drank in the orchard at harvest always lost something on its way to the shelf. Our question was simple: could we bring that exact orchard taste home — without heat, without additives?
Cold press + flash freeze
The answer was cold. Cold-pressing right after harvest, then flash-freezing at −18°C. No pasteurisation, no concentrate, no preservatives — the only thing stopping time is the cold. That's how Liking's signature frozen pomegranate juice was born.
Deep crimson, growing
